The spot was amazing, with a beautiful local landmark just a short walk away and my room had everything I needed, including a well-stocked fridge and cozy Michigan Avenue Beds.

Luxury and reasonably clean hotel with incredible staff and great views of the lake. Great location really close to the Shanghai chinese restaurant for one of the dinners and the French bistro, and private parking. Top-notch service and a lobby restaurant onsite. Lobby bar and nice pool.

Lovely room, comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. Ideal and exceptionally nice location around 4-6 minutes walk from Michigan Avenue. Positioned in the very very nice area, near to millennium park, Chicago in 20 years and after staying here and the Water Tower.

The room had incredibly beautiful views of the lake. The breakfast was marvellous with a variety of bread and pastries served in the restaurant. The location was fantastic and stunning, just a short distance away from London Guarantee Building.

Tbh, had a very nice stay for the holidays. The hotel was reasonably spacious, spotless and had amazing breakfast. Got the same well-stocked and recently renovated grand deluxe king room with stunning views in a great location booked online, loved that. The location was excellent right opposite the department stores. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

The food here is outstanding, the service is good, and you can enjoy a stunning view of the lake; also, the breakfast selection is great with plenty of delicious options like breads and pastries, and the location is convenient, within walking distance to everywhere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a French cafe right across the street from the department stores and all the restaurants on Michigan Ave. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with room service and housekeeping keeping everything neat and tidy. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, and I was upgraded to a room that exceeded my expectations. The room itself was spacious, with a great dressing room, separate tub and shower, and plenty of counter space. The comfort of the mattress and bed linen ensured a great night's sleep.
